Milanese pork escalopes are always good... but they're even better with a little tangy Nordic twist of cranberry sauce! Take your taste buds on a trip to Italy, and add a festive touch of home, with this simple and tasty recipe.

    Pork:

  • 4 pork cutlets 150 g
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 90 ml unsalted butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Cranberry sauce:

  • 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

    Garnish:

  • 1 Boston lettuce
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
