- 250 mL (1 cup) basmati rice, cooked and cooled
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) sesame oil
- 45 mL (3 tablespoons) dry shallots, chopped
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) grated ginger
- 1/2 of a 454 g block of Naturalia Life Smart firm tofu, coarsely chopped
- 30 mL (2 tablespoons) teriyaki sauce
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) sriracha hot sauce
