Yes, you will need to select your packaging to proceed to checkout. Depending on availability and store location, you will have the option to select either a recycled cardboard box or no packaging.
There will be no additional charge for either of the packaging options.
Yes, the initial option selected will become the default choice for subsequent orders. If you wish to select different packaging, you may do so before checkout while placing a new order. Please note that you will not be able to change your packaging once the order has been processed.
Yes, the boxes are recyclable and made of 100% recycled cardboard.
Yes, you may select the "No packaging" option before checkout. When choosing this option, we recommend bringing your own bags or containers to facilitate the transfer of your groceries. Please note that some products such as raw meat, fresh fish, and household products will be packed separately to ensure food safety.
Only boxes that have not entered your home can be returned to the store. For sanitary reasons, soiled boxes cannot be returned.
