- 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) garlic, minced
- 10 ml (2 tsp) herbes de Provence
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 150 g (⅓ lb.) green beans, cut into pieces
- 1 orange pepper, chopped
- 8 radishes, quartered
- 4 salmon filets, 150 g (⅓ lb.) each
- 160 g (about ⅓ lb.) halloumi (grilling cheese), cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
