- 2 bagels (plain or multigrain) cut in half
- 2 cans (170 g) drained tuna
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp (or more, to taste) sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup (about 50 g) shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or pizza blend)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
To serve:
- 2 cups Attitude salad mix
- About 10 grape tomatoes, halved
- A drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, or your favorite dressing
