Topped with marinated tuna, Lebanese cucumbers, radishes and diced avocado, this reinvented version of the nacho proves that it's possible to eat light AND indulge!

  • 1 340 g bag Irresistibles frozen raw tuna steaks, thawed
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) sesame oil
  • 200 g (approx. 1/2 lb) yellow corn tortilla chips
  • 2 mini cucumbers, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) fresh cilantro leaves

    For the marinade:

  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) teriyaki sauce
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) honey
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) sesame oil
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) toasted sesame seeds

    For the spicy sauce:

  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) fresh lime juice
  • 10 mL (2 teaspoons) sriracha
