You don't have to go far to make your taste buds travel this summer! Just mix steak, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and green onions to enjoy tasty Asian-style grilling.

  • 4 rib steaks from Super C

For the marinade:

  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) brown sugar
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) soy sauce
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) rice vinegar
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) grated ginger
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) sesame oil
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) chopped garlic
  • 5 ml (1 c. à thé) sriracha

For the scallion gravy:

  • 45 mL (3 tablespoons) sesame oil
  • 45 mL (3 tablespoons) sugar
  • 5 mL (1 teaspoon) chopped garlic
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
