Quick Sloppy Joes
In a pan over medium heat, brown some lean ground beef with onions. Once the onions and beef have browned, drain the mixture. Add tomato paste, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Heat the mixture in a pan and make sure it doesn't become too liquid. Toast some ciabatta bread and spread the mixture between two slices. Your Sloppy Joe is ready!

Easy Asian meatballs
In a bowl, combine extra lean ground beef, an egg, cornstarch, finely chopped onions, and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls then cook them in a pan on medium until they turn golden brown. Once cooked, bring the heat down to low and add the Asian sauce of your choice. We usually go with sweet and sour or teriyaki!
