  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Peel and mash two or three ripe bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add a few tablespoons of honey, two cups of oats, one cup of crushed nuts, and two eggs. Mix. The more honey you add, the sweeter the cookies.
  3. Use a spoon or your hands to shape the cookie dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cookies have turned golden brown.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F then pick the ingredients you want to add to your muffin omelets (spinach, bell peppers, onions, ham, bacon, different types of cheese, etc.).
  2. Whisk the eggs and the ingredients selected in a bowl with a bit of milk as if you were making an omelet.
  3. Pour the batter into a muffin pan and bake for about 12 minutes or until each “muffin” is cooked in the centre. Bon appétit!

  1. Open a can of tuna, dice a stalk of celery, and chop some onions or shallots.
  2. Combine the tuna and vegetables in a bowl with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt.

Bonus tip

  1. Pick the protein of your choice (nuts, pumpkin seeds, and chickpeas are all good options).
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Coat the nuts/seeds in BBQ seasoning then spread them out evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until they’re nice and crunchy.

Bonus tip

The roasted nuts/seeds will keep for several days. That way you can make enough to enjoy some for the rest of the week!
