Wondering what to do with the leftover pumpkin flesh from your pumpkin decorating contest? Bake a pumpkin pie! You'll need about two cups of milk, two cups of pumpkin puree, two eggs, half a cup of sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and an unbaked pie crust. To make the recipe even easier, you can find the two last items premade at your Super C. Preheat the oven to 350 °F and blind bake the pie crust in a pie mould for about 10 minutes. Then combine all the ingredients and pour the mixture over the pie crust. Bake for about 50 minutes. If you want to decorate the pie, you have two options: you can use leftover pie crust to create a pumpkin face or simply draw a spider web out of icing available at your Super C. Serve with a scoop of ice cream for a tasty dessert!

Bonus tip: to make your own homemade vanilla icing, combine one cup of butter with three cups of powdered sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Taste the icing before decorating your pie and adjust as needed.
