BBQ tofu skewers
- Cut the tofu into large cubes and marinate in the BBQ sauce (or other marinade of your choice) for around 40 minutes.
- Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto skewers and add your favorite seasonal vegetables.
- Grill skewers, covered, over medium-high heat, 4 to 5 minutes per side.

stuffed potatoes
- Wrap each russet potato in aluminum foil and grill on high for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Mix a little garlic, firm tofu torn into small pieces and onions, then cook in a pan with the spices of your choice (salt, pepper, cumin, dill, etc.).
- Scoop out some of the flesh from the cooked potato, keeping the skin intact, and mix with sour cream and the spiced tofu mixture.
- Fill each potato with the prepared filling and sprinkle with cheddar or Parmesan cheese (to taste).

- Cut the squash in 2, scoop out the seeds and fill the 2 halves with the stuffing of your choice.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and BBQ for about 20 minutes, or until you can easily push a knife into the flesh.
- You can add a little kick to it by making the squash au gratin.
